WHAT TYPE OF SUITES ARE AVAILABLE AT KENSINGTON SUITES?
Kensington Suites offers studios and one-bedroom living spaces — both fully furnished with everything you need from day one. Every suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. Free basic cable and free WiFi come standard, and all utilities are paid — so what you see on the rate card is what you pay. Virtual tours for both suite types are available on the website if you want to look before you visit.

DOES KENSINGTON SUITES REQUIRE A LONG-TERM LEASE?
No lease required — that’s the whole point. Kensington Suites offers short-term rentals and long-term living options with weekly and monthly rates. You’re not locked into a 12-month commitment, and there’s no need to deal with the typical lease paperwork. It’s flexible by design, which is useful whether you’re in town temporarily or looking for a longer-term home without the strings attached.

WHAT AMENITIES DOES KENSINGTON SUITES OFFER?
The community includes a swimming pool, on-site laundry facilities, on-site maintenance, and parking — all included. All utilities are covered in your rate (electricity, water, WiFi, and cable). The suites come fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, and the property is professionally managed by Advanced Management Group. It’s a no-fuss setup where the basics are handled for you.

IS KENSINGTON SUITES PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes, cats and dogs are welcome. The pet policy includes a non-refundable deposit and a monthly or weekly pet fee — contact the office for current amounts. There’s a 25-pound weight limit and a one-pet limit per suite. Pets are negotiable, so if you have questions about your specific situation, call the leasing office at (702) 636-5100 or check the community features page for details.

Esther’s Kitchen — one of the most acclaimed local restaurants in the city — is about 2.5 miles east in the Arts District. And if you want views with your meal, Top of the World at the STRAT is just one mile away. Sid’s Café is also close by for a casual everyday option.

HOW DO I CHECK AVAILABILITY OR GET A WEEKLY PRICE AT KENSINGTON SUITES?
The best way is to contact the leasing office directly. You can reach them at (702) 636-5100 or visit the contact page online. Office hours are Monday through Sunday, 8am to 5pm. Rates aren’t posted publicly on the website — the team will walk you through current weekly and monthly options based on availability. You can also check out the virtual tours and photo gallery on the site first.

ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED AT KENSINGTON SUITES?
Yes — all utilities are included in your rate at Kensington Suites. That covers electricity, water, free WiFi, and free basic cable. No separate bills, no surprises at the end of the month. For an extended stay, this kind of all-in pricing makes budgeting straightforward. Check the community features page for the full breakdown.

WHAT MAKES KENSINGTON SUITES A GOOD OPTION COMPARED TO SHORT-TERM RENTALS OR HOTELS?
A few things stand out. First, you have a real kitchen — not just a microwave — so you can cook actual meals and avoid eating out constantly. Second, all utilities are included, which removes the cost-guessing that comes with month-to-month living elsewhere. Third, there’s no lease, no credit check pressure, and flexible weekly or monthly payment options. The community also has a pool, on-site maintenance, and professional management — things you won’t find at a typical short-term rental or extended-stay motel.
