Kensington Suites is a short-term rental community at 2200 West Bonanza Road in Las Vegas, within walking distance of downtown, restaurants and shopping, close to bus routes, and with fast freeway access when you need to get across the valley.
Choose a fully furnished* studio or a one-bedroom suite. All utilities are included — no utility deposits to set up and no bills to transfer. Every kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal, so you can cook for yourself instead of eating out for a month. Basic cable and WiFi are free, and the community pool is right outside your door.
We rent by the week and by the month, which suits people between homes, in town on assignment, or new to Las Vegas and not ready to commit to a year’s lease. Call (702) 636-5100 and we will tell you what is available.
Kensington Suites offers furnished studio and one-bedroom suites with all utilities included, fully equipped kitchens, free basic cable and WiFi, a swimming pool, on-site laundry facilities and on-site maintenance. Cats and dogs are welcome**, up to 25 lbs, one pet per suite.

This place was affordable and at a good location for my job. The best thing was that ALL the utilities are included with your rent. Yes … this means your electricity as well! I had a few problems with my refrigerator and my shower head and maintenance responded quickly and got everything fixed right away. I highly recommend this place as it was exactly what I needed when I needed it and not being tied down to a lease was a plus.

This is a great place for how inexpensive it is. Close to bus routes going anywhere you want, close to the freeways, walking distance to and from downtown. Lots of reasonably well behaved kids running around, residents are typically pretty nice. The staff is all friendly if you’re simply friendly to them (amazing how that works).
